1. Get in Touch<\/strong>
Share the details of your upcoming event with us! Let us know the type of event, date, estimated guest count, and your vision for the celebration. You can reach out via phone, email, Instagram, or by filling out the contact form below. We can\u2019t wait to bring your vision to life!<\/p>\n

2. Initial Consultation<\/strong>
Our Event Planner will reach out to you shortly via phone, email, or Instagram to review the details you\u2019ve provided. Together, you\u2019ll discuss the services needed to bring your vision to life, as well as go over pricing and key timeline milestones leading up to your big day.<\/p>\n

3. Next Steps After<\/strong> Confirmation<\/strong>
Once you\u2019ve decided to move forward with us and agreed to the costs, our Event Planner will send you a contract via email. She\u2019ll assist you with payment, either in full or through an installment plan (installment options are available on a case-by-case basis). Please note, there is a damage waiver and cancellation fee form that will need to be completed.<\/p>\n

4. The Creative Phase<\/strong>
This is the exciting part where we design mock-ups for your event and prepare for the big day. Throughout this process, you\u2019ll have unlimited access to our team. Unlike other event planning and design companies, we don\u2019t limit communication. We believe in co-creating with you and building lasting relationships every step of the way.<\/p>\n

5. It\u2019s the Big Day!<\/strong>
We\u2019re thrilled and ready to bring your vision to life! During our initial conversations, we\u2019ll have discussed the setup and takedown time required, as well as any venue-specific access instructions. We\u2019ll also ask for a primary point of contact on the day-of, in case we\u2019re unable to reach you.
