Our Seamless 5-Step Process: Working With Us Made Easy
1. Get in Touch
Share the details of your upcoming event with us! Let us know the type of event, date, estimated guest count, and your vision for the celebration. You can reach out via phone, email, Instagram, or by filling out the contact form below. We can’t wait to bring your vision to life!
2. Initial Consultation
Our Event Planner will reach out to you shortly via phone, email, or Instagram to review the details you’ve provided. Together, you’ll discuss the services needed to bring your vision to life, as well as go over pricing and key timeline milestones leading up to your big day.
3. Next Steps After Confirmation
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us and agreed to the costs, our Event Planner will send you a contract via email. She’ll assist you with payment, either in full or through an installment plan (installment options are available on a case-by-case basis). Please note, there is a damage waiver and cancellation fee form that will need to be completed.
4. The Creative Phase
This is the exciting part where we design mock-ups for your event and prepare for the big day. Throughout this process, you’ll have unlimited access to our team. Unlike other event planning and design companies, we don’t limit communication. We believe in co-creating with you and building lasting relationships every step of the way.
5. It’s the Big Day!
We’re thrilled and ready to bring your vision to life! During our initial conversations, we’ll have discussed the setup and takedown time required, as well as any venue-specific access instructions. We’ll also ask for a primary point of contact on the day-of, in case we’re unable to reach you. Let’s make this moment unforgettable!
Plans That Fit Your Event

Here’s what you can typically expect to pay:
$3,000 – $4,500: Intimate gathering
$4,500 – $7,000: Standard celebration
$7,000 +: Grand event

As a career nurse I’ve had the wonderful privilege of experiencing many meaningful life events. It’s been such a blessing to share and learn about our many diverse cultures and connections. Celebrations, by nature require collaboration and involvement from caring and committed people and I am so happy to have my talented hubby. He’s my biggest supporter and most committed collaborator.
As a professional boat builder, his attention to detail and design is truly world class, and my strength is doubled working with him to bring your celebration dreams to life.
